What is the return policy?
Return Policy
We want you to love every card and accessory you receive from collector.com.au. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
30-Day Returns You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
Trading Cards
- Sealed products must be unopened and in their original, undamaged packaging.
- Individual singles must be returned in the same condition they were received (including sleeves, toploaders, and grading cases where applicable).
- Graded cards must be returned with their original slab and label intact.
Custom-Printed Accessories
- As our accessories are made to order, returns are only accepted for faulty or damaged items, or if there is an error on our part.
- If your accessory arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll cover return shipping and send the correct item or issue a full refund.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at [support email] with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll provide a return address and instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect your item, we'll process your refund within 5 business days to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened sealed products
- Cards that have been altered, played unsleeved, or resleeved with damaged originals
- Custom-printed accessories (unless faulty or incorrect)
Shipping Costs Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
When will I get my order?
Because our products are made to order, we need a little time to print, finish and carefully package each item before it makes its way to you.
Processing Times
Most orders are printed and ready to ship within 3–7 business days. During busy periods, new product launches or high-demand periods, processing may take a little longer.
Shipping Times
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times will depend on the shipping method and your location. You’ll receive tracking information once your order is on its way.
As a general guide:
- Australia: 2–7 business days after dispatch
- Remote areas: May take a little longer
- International: Delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs
Please remember that processing time is separate from shipping time. For example, an order may take 3–7 business days to print before the shipping period begins.
Made Just for You
Our accessories are produced in-house when you order them. This means we don't need to hold large amounts of inventory, and your product is freshly printed specifically for your order.
If you have a specific deadline or need your order by a particular date, contact us before ordering and we'll let you know what we can do.

Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are designed, printed and finished in Australia.
We manufacture our TCG accessories in-house using 3D printing, allowing us to produce products as they're ordered rather than relying on large amounts of pre-made stock.
This means we can continually improve our designs, offer a wider range of products and make sure each item meets our quality standards before it is shipped.
